Objective

I currently have a challenging position within the educational system that requires extensive knowledge of autism spectrum disorders. The position involves a variety tasks, including assessment, programming and consulation with teachers and educational assistants who work with children with autism, aspergers as well as PDD-NOS. Responsibilities: Counsellor at a residential summer facility for adults and children with developmental challenges. Additional Information

I currently work as a Clinical Educator for Graduate Students of Speech-Language Pathology. Students come to our site for clinical internships and are provided with a clinical education that focuses on the assessment and programming for students with Autism, Asperger's syndrome as well as PDD-NOS. As a supervisor I am responsible for the clinical education of the aforementioned students.

Research Projects: Currently involved in a project that aims to teach student on the Autism Spectrum to use personal devices such as the itouch and iphone for scheduling, communication and support in the community.
