I have had a lot of experience in the construction field. I have held a superintendents position with a residential insulation company, and the Assisstant Superintendents position i currently hold now. In all i have a total of 12 years experience as a supervisor. The company i currently work for now, builds schools all over the Washington, DC/Metro area.

Responsibilities: Job scheduling and subcontractor coordination. Monthly reports to the Owners/Schools. Inner Office monthy reports. Everyday problem solving. Coordination with the Architect/Engineers. I oversee day to day operations and coodinate with the subcontractors to effectively schedule work to be completed ontime and within our budget.
Accomplishments: I have recieved safety awards for my onsite safety record. I have completed OSHA 30hr safety class. I have helped currently finish a 90 million dollar school in Arlington, VA. I was given the final Phase of the project to finish on my own. I have finished the project, ahead of schedule and well within budget.
