Objective

Having worked in the telecommunications industry for a couple of years as a customer representative, I find that helping customers initiate services and resolve problems was especially appealing to me.  Like most people I stated at the basic level and worked my way up to acting supervisor with a team of 12 people in a very short period of time.  I feel I could be a great asset to your company with my 30 years of office experience dealing face to face with customers as well as over the telephone.

Responsibilities: Inbound calls for major telecommunications company based in the United States. Activating of cell phones., checking credit availability, setting up accounts and activating cell phones. Supervision of 12 member team, and floor support for call center

Accomplishments: Worked my way up to acting supervisor within one year. My calls were used for training of new applicants .
