Transportation Management Coordinator NCO (06/15/2006 – 03/17/2010)
As a Non Commissioned officer I was personally responsible for the training and well being of the soldiers under me, including monthly performance counselings. As a Platoon sergeant and a Transportation Management coordinator I was responsible for the accountability of over 5 million dollars worth of equipment, including my company's entire vehicular fleet. Also I was tasked with the responsibility on tracking and maintaining my company's training and movements in and around JRTC/Fort Polk.
