Responsibilities: Supervise all Dock personel to ensure efficient and safe practices are performed. Coordinate and dispatch 14- 20 runs per day, including route planning and loading. Ensure monetary targets are met by implementing stradegies and increasing efficiency of all members through positive reinforcement and progressive discipline.
Accomplishments: Effectively Increased Efficiency standards across the board and was able to eliminate 3 positions that were able to be absorbed by the rest. Generated the highest numbers of Targeted reweighs and Cubes for this shift. ( a measurable statistic of revenue) On our last bonus, received the highest payout that has ever been achieved in this terminal.
