My experience in the automotive industry includes Warranty Administration/Management, Service Dispatcher, and most recently, Service Manager. I have performed many various positions while working in the parts and service departments of automobile dealerships for many years. I excel in process and procedure, being very adept at implementation of new process's. I believe in team environment, but also respect the individuality and value of all members that make up the team. I encourage open solutions to issues that involve more than one person and I am able to combine suggested solutions for an efficient outcome.

Responsibilities: Began as Warranty administrator, held position of dispatcher, and was promoted to Service Manager in 2006. Responsibilities included all management requirements for that position. Our department size was 10-12 technicians, 1 lube technician, 3/4 service advisors and several support personell.

Accomplishments: Maintained consistent profitability by both generating profit and controlling/monitoring expenses. Consistently high CSI/customer satisfaction among all team members.

Service Manager (09/19/1995 – 03/13/1998)

Entire career involved within automotive parts and service departments. Very extensive knowledge of positions in those departments.

Accomplishments: Promoted, with encouragement, from an administration position to that of Service Manager.

Warranty Administrator (03/05/1984 – 09/11/1995)

Very extensive knowledge of automotive warranty administration. Have held many various positions within a department, filling in on vavations when necessary. This cross training created the foundation that excelled me in my management career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities: Responsible for payment from General Motors for warranty repairs performed on vehicles under warranty. Recieved maximum payment from factories within guidelines administered by them.

Accomplishments: Became an accomplished administrator for factory warranties, able to maximize payments to the dealer.
