My objective is to obtain a position of employment with a company in either the areas of Administration Assistant, or in the Customer Service Dept that would benefit from my experience and positive attitude.
I have strong communication skills, including phone and face to face customer service, which was developed while working in a hotel. Where every day presented a new challenge. Becoming a person with diplomatic and problem solving skills was a must.

Customer service in this field is a must. Also being able to give the person a solution to a problem that they have is an everyday task. I have worked here for almost five years.

Responsibilities: I oversee diets, plan menu changes when needed. Answer phones, overseeing the kitchen crew. Order products when necessary. Talk to the nurses to come to a solution for a problem.

I worked here for 14 months. Doing daily activities such as calming and comforting children and/or nervous parents. Getting the room ready for the day. Making sure that the room was stocked with everything needed for daily use.

I worked here for just over a year. Running an entire hotel in a small town. Making sure everything ran smoothly, and that the guests were comfortable, and happy. Making sure there stay was pleasant required excellent communication and customer service skills.
