I sail and have volunteered for the coast guard. I play music (bass guitar) and write songs. I look after my elderly friend and I'm a good neighbor. I swim, dance, get my own firewood, do what I can when needed. I love gardening, cooking and eating healthy. I'm happy and fit and want to stay that way. I'd rather ride to work than drive.
