Powerjack was my primary equipment, and pallets for placing every order on. Using an automated hands-free system, executing all orders and completing them within a allotted time limit, for this position was a high-performance based position. Constantly lifting anywhere between 10 to 60 pounds. I was frequently on my feet, moving at all times, to accomplish my performance goals by the end of my shift. Promoting myself and others to excel in all areas in relevance to our workloads, for this was a team based environment.
