Objective
I am interested in a position where there is room to improve, and better myself by learning more skills through my experience. I am very good with conducting conversations with people I do not know, and creating a good relationship with my customers. I have been working in the retail business for 7 years, and have gained many problem solving skills to conquer any problem and get the job done successfully and in a timely manner.
Work Experience
Sales Associate (10/14/2004 – Present)
I have worked with this company since 2004. I began as a seasonal sales associate, but was made a permanent associate after the season ended. After being employed for approximately four years I was promoted to Department Manager. My job duties entailed opening/closing the store, training new associates, setting new planograms, reaching sales goals, customer service, and keeping my department clean and orderly at all times. I stayed in the Management position for approximately 1.5 years. After this time I stepped down due to a hectic school schedule. I have since stayed employed, and my job duties have remained the same. I have also helped to count daily deposits and due office work.
