Responsibilities: As the Division Chief, was equivalent to a senior vice president or director for real estate, facilities, and base operations. Responsible for overall vision, planning and management, fiscal control and budgeting for military construction, operations and maintenance, environmental stewardship, real estate acquisition and disposal, and all related policy. Supervised support and service to Army installations and over 1,200 geographically dispersed facility complexes across the nation and overseas.
