In the US Navy, I worked in Hotel Services. I worked my way up from the bottom to the top. I took care of officers and special guest like celebrities,i.e. Yung Jock, Harlem Globe Trotters, and many more. My push for excellence to my subordinates, gave us the award for being the best hotel services on the East Coast. Great customer service is what I imparted on my subordinates. I learned if you treat the customer right, they would treat you right.
