Objective

Seeking a Customer Service Position where my particular skill set would benefit my employers efforts in satisfying their customers needs, to a point where the customer would be eager to do business with my employer at every opportunity.

Please note the gap from 1979 to 1996 in Work Experience section of this resume; that period covers the years I spent as an independent consultant in the field of data processing.  This information was excluded because it does not directly apply to the Customer Service field, however it does entail constant communication with client companies.  The customer list for that period included Wells Fargo Bank, Sonoma County government, Royal Saudia Air Force, Pacific Gas and Electric, Monsanto Chemical, Kellwood Industries ( division of Sears) and many smaller entities.
