I wish to return to the workforce. My previous employment ended because the company left my Province of residence. I have worked at many jobs dealing with the public, including inbound call center representative, taxi driver, tour bus driver, and multi-level home business.

My job was to take calls from customers, and to solve their cell phone problems, either their bill, or other.
Last Employer: Convergys/ Contracted out to Sprint Mobile Service, U.S.A.
Responsibilities: Answer calls from customers and solve their problems. Also sell them new or more phones, and upgrade their plans. And to find a solution so as to keep them as a customer.
Accomplishments: I earned several awards while with this company.
