Strong Customer Service skills, I was working in every position at my previous job. My work experience in administration is very good such as data entry. I was working with three different systems. I was working with customers, truck drivers. etc.... Also I was supervising other employees when needed. 10 years of work experience. If my manager ask me to do any kind of job, he would consider it being done.

Responsibilities: Checking fax machine for orders, When orders are received key them in, match all my paperwork and send it to the warehouse for processing, create bill of ladings, post everything in system that has been pending, and fix mistakes made by other employees if needed, check with others if they need my help, answer phone calls, talk to customers on daily basis.
Accomplishments: I got promoted by my manager from warehouseman to customer service. After that I was working as office leader and when my manager was out I would cover for her. They know that I did not need any supervision.
