I was the site trainer for all new officers. I was promoted to Sergeant after a year, with anywhere from 4 - 13 officers under my direction.

Responsibilities: Inbound and outbound calls. Customer orders for 1-800-Flowers.com and sister companies, Plow and Hearth, Hearth Song, Magic Cabin, and Choice Hotels. I also took customer service calls and helped to resolve customer complaints and tracking shipments.

Accomplishments: Worked on the Task Force at the end of holidays to help resolve all orders that had problems associated with them. Was promoted to the Recon Team which included only 5 members of the call center plus our supervisor. We were in charge of solving issues with the deliveries of flowers and determining if the florist was paid or the customer recharged.
