I am seeking a position as Equipment Operator. With my Experience and Knowledge of Machines, such as Scrapers, Dozers, Haultrucks and other Mining Equipment, I feel I would be an Asset to the Falkirk Mine.
Work Experience
Equipment Operator (08/15/2007 – Present)
Operate Twin Engine Scraper moving Top and Subsoils to build roads and reclamation areas. I also run Dozers, Blades and Loaders to build these areas to preset Grades and Designs. When not busy with that I Drive Truck hauling Dirt, Asphalt, Rock or Trees. These trucks vary from Bellydump, sidedump or Enddump

Responsibilities: As Operator, I take care of my Machine. I do a complete inspection of my machine before using, checking the lights, backup alarm, looking in and around everything. I record Fuel and oil uses. Always keeping my machine clean and properly greased. Each job needs an Hour meter reading and an odometer reading, As much as the Tons or Loads Hauled. All records need to be kept and recorded in the office as well as my time.
Accomplishments: I have helped in the building of several roads including Hiway 83 North of Bismarck. We have done parking lots and playyards. We retopped (asphalted) roads in Mandan.
Windtower Technician (06/07/2005 – 08/04/2008)
Do Warrenty and Assembly on the 1.5 windtower located at Wilton N.D.

Responsibilities: Set Windtowers, Bolt the Sections, Blades and Necele together. Always doing these according to procedure and correct Torques. Operate Crane and Cherry Picker to unload and lift parts.
Accomplishments: Set over 30 Wind Towers together without an accident or Close call, using correct judgement

Stripped and Reclammed Mining Land with Twin Engine Scraper (657). Hauled Coal with BD 180 Ton Truck. Kept Roads in Shape with Blade and WaterTruck

Responsibilities: Scraper Operators stripped Top and Subsoils for Removal of Coal. After Mining the Coal we would reclam land to its Original Design or close. Filling in according to Grade Stakes. I would Drive Haultruck to haul Coal for the Different Pits to the Tipple or Stockpile. When the Haulroads needed work, I would Blade or Water with the Watertruck to keep the Dust down for Safety.
Accomplishments: I Worked at the GlenHarold Mine in Stanton for over 11 years without a Lost Time Accident

I am A Certified Welder with Stick and Wirefeed. I have Taken CPR classes and am well trained in First Aid. When Working at the Windtower Job, I did all the Safety Cordination for the Job. Signing off on the CheckLists and Prejob Safety talks.
Computer Skills: I do a fair amount on the Computer, most work being my own. Always checking my Emails and Bismanonline for a good deal.
Foreign Language Skills: I know the English Language plus a few words of Spanish.

I have taken Night Courses in Welding and Electrical.
Honors: I was awarded for Having went for Over 5 years and then 10 years without an Accident.
Professional Membership: I am a Member of Pheasants Forever in Bismarck. We do a lot for Pheasant, finding them CRP acres and feed.
