Responsibilities: *Ensure that any violations or suspected violations of the Gaming Code, the Criminal Code of Canada, the Gaming Control Act 1992, the Terms and Conditions of Registration, the Ontario Casino Corporation Act or regulations made pursuant to these Acts are logged accordingly and reported. *Responsible for the overall operation, administration, and supervision of the shift to which he/she are assigned and shall oversee that those who are under his/her command perform their respective duties. *Investigate and oversee all occurrences that could impact on the Corporation in a negative manner, i.e. slips, falls, injuries, deaths, negligence, internal thefts and property damage. *Safeguard all confidential information and to exercise due care to prevent its improper disclosure. *Maintain an effective rapport with the Ontario Provincial Police, and any other Law Enforcement Agencies. *Maintain an effective rapport with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. *Train staff on all emergency procedures. *Effectively deal with all emergency situations quickly and productively to ensure the safety of all employees and Casino patrons. *Required to be licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission and the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services
