I Want to use my skills as Crew Lead and apply them to a store that will benefit from my skills. I have been a crew leader for about 2 years at 117th GetGo and want to move up to a bigger site. Position should require great customer service and management skills in a high sales environment.

Responsibilities: Started as a night shift store closer. was responsible for cleaning and preparing store for closing. Had to Audit lottery Everyday at 10:00 count tills down and make sure that they balanced. Closing the day out on the drop safe.
Accomplishments: Learned allot from my manager, DSD gun invoice entering (on the old handheld). Was taught how to do morning Paperwork (IBM short paperwork) After learning short paperwork i started learning Sunday long Paperwork, how to make sure the Misc transaction totals for the week added up and balanced correctly with our running totals.

Computer Skills: Know all the applications that are used. Familiar with knowasis and navigating to other sites for entering data. (Ex. competitor pricing, store form ordering , OfficeMax orders, Gift card ordering) Store Ordering through Liberty handheld. Proficient with soft-grocer I can do anything with computers. I've been around computers since i was young and built my own computer when i was 12

Have a High School Diploma from Fairview Park High School. Attended Polaris Career Center during High School to learn computer networking technology. I already knew all the information being taught because i was a computer whiz and had already taught myself most of the curriculum.
Certifications or Licensures: CPR certified and defibrillator certified through Giant Eagle Took the class while working at Westlake GetGo.
Interests
I am a problem solver by nature. I can troubleshoot on the fly which is very useful working at GetGo. I am very intelligent and can figure out a solution to any number of problems that may pop-up. I am very happy working for Giant Eagle. I want to go into management training so i can advance my career with Giant Eagle.
I've had a rough time as a child. When I was 5 years old I Lost my mother in a car accident and my father was more focused on a bottle than spending time with his own son.
I grew up fast. I was living with my Grandmother but she wasn’t able to teach how to throw or catch, things that are usually handed down father to son. I had to teach myself, so that i wouldnt feel like i had fallen behind. I never wanted to be the kid that didnt know how to do sumthing. This is hard to write about, but also makes me think everything I've been through made me who I am today, a fast learner and very hard worker.
I love Technology and the advancements that have been made just in my lifetime. I stay up to date with anything computer related.
Have my Whole house networked together. 3 computers, 2 downstairs and 1 upstairs are linked together sharing one Internet Connection and have a network shared printer that is connected as well. Ran the cat-5e cables through the walls to where the Computers were located. Terminated cables with RJ-45 jacks and connectors got my router configured and had a fully functional network in just a couple days.
