Accomplishments: Throughout the years that I have worked at CSD, I have been a mentor for new employees. I have been (AIC) an agent in charge who assists when supervisors are not available. I have received recognition for perfect attendance, customer accomodations and average better than 95% accuracy on monthly surveys done by my direct supervisors.
