Objective
I would like to join a kitchen team, I believe I can bring alot of positivness, motivation, and attention to detail to my work. I consider being in the kitchen much more than work but a passion, and a lifestyle that I intend to pursue.

I was a cook for several months until the restaurant was sold.

Responsibilities: Grill, Fryers, preparing sauces, preparing plates to be served.

Worked at Place Tevere for 3 months before moving back to Calgary.

I worked at Avatara for about a month. I support their menu as it is very different, bold, and delicious. I left however, along with 4 other employees after a month due to lack of organization and seriousness on the owners' part.

I really enjoy working with customers and other staff. I bring a very positive and determined attitude to the team. I pay alot of attention to detail and like working under pressure as I work quite fluidly, which helps keep a smooth, and effective rythm in the kitchen.
Foreign Language Skills: I am perfectly bilingual in French and English.

Interests
I have been involved in sports all my life which have tought me alot of leadership and communication skills. I played hockey for many years as well as football, volleyball, soccer, badminton, and wrestling. Having done these sports and been a leader in them, I am able to bring that leadership, and communication to every aspect of life.
