Respond to customer inquiries, clarify and exchange information to ensure Service Technician and customers fully understand the situation and ensure customer satisfaction. Complete required documents. Communicate with Parts Person to ensure all required information is provided and is clearly understood. Operate and maintain Service Vehicles. Organize and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assist Branch managers and other technicians by providing technical instruction.
