Responsibilities: All aspects of running the hotel. I managed 10-15 employees at any given time. Did daily and monthly reports and bank deposits. Hired outside vendors for various projects and handled realtors as the hotel was up for sale.
Accomplishments: I was originally hired as a front desk clerk and was quickly promoted within.

Accomplishments: I basically did all paperwork and reports for the South Bend location.

Responsibilities: I handled customers needing drivers license, titles or reistrations prepared. I did computer entry, answered phones and answered questions. I also had filing, record keeping and other various clerical duties.
Accomplishments: I would say this was the job that I learned the most about customer service. Most people are not very pleasant at the License Branch.

Interests
I have 3 teenagers that have been my main interest for the last 19 years. They are getting older and I am ready to get back to working and having a life of my own. I love to play golf and I love the beach and water.
