I talked with attorney's and filed court documents, scheduled pick ups for vehicles, campers, snowmobiles and other collateral. I helped customers make arrangements to bring their accounts up to date.

Accomplishments: I was able to work my way up with the bank in a very short time. I was named a Senior collector within the 1st year of my employment. I was then offered the opportunity to change positions and become part of a new department. This location was eventually closed and relocated to Arizona.
