Additional Information

During my years as a "stay at home mom" I was very active in the Thomas Hooker Parent Teacher Organization. I was Co-Chairman of the Bi-annual Scholastic Book Fairs, created and ran the Mother's Day Plant Sale, and Chairman of the Fifth Grade Events Committee for 3 different years; this position was responsible for overseeing many events that were held during the year for the fifth grade students. Chairperson/Editor of the Fifth Grade Yearbook ( 1 year). I was also the Media clerk volunteer for four years which included processing and cataloging incoming book orders for two of the city's elementary school libraries. I also held the position of Corresponding Secretary for the PTO for four years.

Interests

I am very active with Meriden Youth Travel Baseball and their fundrainsing efforts for their organization. I especially enjoy following the Maloney HS  Varsity Baseball team which my son is a member .

I enjoy flower gardening, creative cooking and baking, reading and spending time with my famlily, especially my two and half year old granddaughter.
