Objective

I have been a professional Realtor for the past twenty-four years, the focus of which is to lead clients through every step of the buying and selling process. As part of this process I have, on a regular basis, collected information to enable me to derive the value of a property through the examination of assessment records, Land Registry Office research, property inspections, investigating market data, rental income and cost data and confirm the accuracy of the data. Through my strong organization skills background and customer service skills I have been able to meet my customers needs. In addition for the past 6 years I have worked with a team of realtors and understand the dynamics of working as a team member. My excellent written and verbal skills have enabled me to achieve positive results and I have been called upon to speak to co-workers to help educate them with respect to my industry. Another part of my focus was to create a comprenhensive database of my clients and to maintain contact with them from year to year through a personal website. Various computer programs are involved for this process and I have developed excellent troubleshooting capabilities and experience in the installation of computer hardware and software applications, and creating and updating web pages. As part of my real estate training I was required to take an appraisal course. I use this knowledge to assist me in determining the market value of a property through the cost and comparitive sales approach.
