Responsibilities: As a Front Desk Clerk, I checked guests in and out of the hotel, ensured their safety and comfort and resolved issues with no supervision. I used a computer program to select appropriate accommodations, checked ID, assisted with filling out paperwork. As the auditor I balanced the daily, monthly and yearly audit books. Compiled a daily report for the manager, corporate office and one for the property to stay on site. If any discrepancies were uncovered, I investigated and corrected the errors, or reported the issue to the General Manager for further inquiry.
Accomplishments: After 11 years of dedicated service I was promoted from Desk Clerk/Auditor to General Manager in 2007. A position I held until March of 2010

Responsibilities: As an Armed Security Officer my duties included regulating the ingress and egress of any vehicle and or person onto the military installation I was assigned to guard. I inspected vehicles for contraband and inspected identification of any person desiring admission onto the post. As the Supervisor I oversaw all gate operations during my tour of duty, assigning duties to Security Officers, issuing and receiving weapons and ammunition. I quizzed S.O's as to their knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures and I prepared a weekly safety briefing. I compiled a daily report of all gate activities for our Chief of Guards as well as the installations COTR.
Accomplishments: I am a certified MVACIS operator, I am certified as a LIFESAVER in CPR. I received 120 hours of classroom education regarding constitutional law, defensive tactics as well as weapon safety and defensive driving. I was promoted to Lieutenant/Supervisor after 1 year with Chenega Security Services and continued as Supervisor under Vance.
