Accomplishments: Introducing new gloves through the facility to reduce the amount of laceration injuries. After conducting a plant wide survey and trial of 3 different types of gloves a decision was made and a new glove was introduced to the employees. Since the new gloves were introduced to the employees the number of laceration injures has been consistently reduced by 75% per year over the last 3 years
