Responsibilities: Lead Teacher-making sure lesson plans as well as all paper work reguarding the children was completed. As well as following our daily routines such as diapers/bathrooms, meals and activities. Group Supervisor-making sure everyone in my area was doing their jobs correctly, helping out when I was needed. At the end of the day I also was in charge of making sure ratios were correct so my co-workers could leave at the end of their shifts.
Accomplishments: I was a Lead Teacher and a Group Supervisor by the end of my first year. I was offered the position of Associate Director at the beginning of my fifth year. I was appointed as the lead for our charity (Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation) at the beginning of my sixth year.
