Responsibilities: I managed all of the employees, including negotiating severance and worked with competitors to find new positions. * I worked with vendors to agree on acceptable payment plans, and enforced the collection of outstanding receivables.
Accomplishments: *Personally managed the business' assets successfully therefore every employee had a new position at a competitor, and the company ended with the owners having enough assets to retire without filing bankruptcy.
