Maintain positive customer relations in response to calls. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Copy data and compile records and reports. Tabulate and post data into computer system. Record orders for service. * Answer phones and provide customer assistance in response to inquiries. Refer to appropriate personnel as needed. May investigate customer complaints. May adjust complaints. * Receive, count and pay out petty cash. Prepare, issue, and send out receipts, bills, invoices, statements, and checks. * Maintain office supply inventory. Order and stock supplies as needed. * Operate office machines, such as typewriter, adding, calculating, and duplicating machines. Use mainframe computer terminal or personal computer for access to and entry of data. * Open and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail. Maintain office files. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * Basic computer literacy. * Effective organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple tasks with interruptions from phone calls. * Effective verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills for handling phone inquiries, composing correspondence, dealing with customers and assisting management. * Ability to type with speed and accuracy.

Accomplishments: In working with YRC for 11 years, I have learned to multi-task in a very fast, high anxiety, level. I have found that I have the great ability to make the work enviroment a fun, yet highly efficent place of buisness.
