Responsible for ninety percent of sales both wholesale and retail.

I dealt with a wide range of customer bases including, but not limited to, contractors, homeowners, and corporate accounts. I requested and analyzed various reports to track sales.

Responsibilities: As a sales manager I was responsible for the training of all sales specialists and motivated them to strengthen and increase the sales for the store. I oversaw and verified that all current sales publicities were in place and utilized in both the store and customers best interests. In the absence of the store manager I assumed full responsibilities as the manager on duty and directed all store operations.

Accomplishments: Graduated with honors from the Manager Training Program.

Superintendent (02/18/2002 – 10/08/2004)

I coordinated with trades and suppliers to maintain projects on a timely schedule. I met with homeowners and advised them in making sound building decisions and product choices. I inspected all projects from introduction to completion to ensure they were efficient, quality-built homes.

Responsibilities: I oversaw all business transactions that were conducted at my sales location. I met with clients and lenders to secure loans when needed, helped with insurance needs, and facilitated the placement of new homes. I composed and conducted training sessions for staff. I maintained and controlled inventory and monthly budgets for my location.
