I have worked at JCPenney for 1 year and 8 monthes. During that time I started in Men's clothing sales. After learning alot about Men's clothing, I then moved to the JCP.com/Catalog department. After several monthes of working in Catalog I was promoted to be a Supervisor.

Responsibilities: I actively participate in the Manager on Duty program. I also am very involved with the scheduling process. My main responsibility is to Supervise sales associates, by making sure that we are meeting sales goals and driving great customer service.
Accomplishments: I would say that my biggest accomplishment is becoming a Supervisor at my age. It is very hard to get taken seriously at 19 years old, so I had to prove myself, and I was able to do that.
