Accomplishments: I have achieved a lot of accomplishments during my time with this company. Many of the accomplishments would be to increase my skills dealing with people who are traveling all over the world who have difficulties with English but still being able to help these people. I've acquired or have improved my multi-tasking skills in a substantial amount and also have learnt a great deal in dealing with setbacks and difficulties related to this job where I know would be trasferable to many other aspects of my life during work and outside of work.
