Work Experience
Dishwasher & Food Prep (07/01/2009 – 07/31/2010)
Fast paced busy kitchen, seating on a slow night just over 150 tables. Worked nine to eleven hour shifts including closing and cleaning. Cleaned, wiped down and sanitized all used stations including the kitchen and the dishpit.

Responsibilities: - Dish Pit: Washed dishes, pans, cutlery, worked with sharp knives, ovens, dish-washing machines etc. - Food preparation: Cut vegetables, potatoes, extracted yoke from eggs, strained soups and vegetables for flavor etc.
Accomplishments: - Worked there for a month in Vancouver before moving back to Ontario, in this time I managed to become one of the best workers currently at the job despite my inexperience, leading me on to training a new employee nearer to the end of my month there.
