I was hired in early march as a line chef and grew to the ability to work very high volume rushes on my own.

Responsibilities: As primary closer it was my duty to break, clean and reset the line, on nights without a dishwasher I would close out the house dishes, I would clean kitchen equipment and shut off everything.
Accomplishments: I often went above and beyond the call of duty by helping run food for server and bartenders, I was flexible with working and would often come in to help on a moments notice. and was highly regarded among my peers as a hard worker, with a great work ethic.
Manager (07/13/2009 – 03/09/2010)
I was hired as a manager and within two weeks of my 3 month training I had excelled into running my own shifts

Initially hired as a part-time cook, my first day I was asked If I would Serve, I acquiesced and began to serve. I was the quickest server to ever be trained on thier floor and in only 1.5 shifts began running my own sections. I was later promoted to Primary Closer and Server Captain
