Responsibilities: To keep work area and shop clean while preforming my welding duties. To read and understand a different variety of spool sheets and blueprints. cut and prepare different types of fittings and pipe.

Accomplishments: I have gained the knowledge it takes to successfully weld and preform many other tasks involving welding and associated trades such as pipefitting and plumbing.

Kitchen manager (08/17/2005 – 06/20/2009)

I am experienced in the field of restaurant managment. I know how a kitchen should run and know how to preform many tasks envolved with cooking operations.

Responsibilities: To schedule employes, clean, cook, prep, stock and organize. There was only two other employee so we shared the responsibilities equall.

Accomplishments: Making the rank of kitchen manager along with various raises recieved for my hard work and ability to do well.

During my full time work I also served as a doorman for Whiskey Jacks In Edmonton AB. Although I was only there for a small amount of time I moved through the ranks quickly, doing my best as an employee to handle the crowd, keep patrons in line and make Whiskey Jacks a fun safe establishment for everyone to enjoy.
