As a baby registry consult I ensure the guest have the best experience possible. I also answer the telphone,file and problem solve. I also have data entry skills and proficent with Word. I also have experience in sales that acquires me to provide guest services and sell marketing products.

Responsibilities: As a consultant I prepare the mom for her baby shower and all that she may need. I work closely with the mom providing customer service to what ever she may need.I also answer the phone and problem solve guest issues. At baby registry I am also responsible for data entry.

Accomplishments: Since bein at baby registry I am now head consultant and supervisor of that department.I also learned to guage and provide customer service to people of all ages and races.

I organize and setup events on a monthly basis. I coordinator many themes into a store wide event. I lead team members during in after the events are held. I also hold parent seminars during the monthly event. I market as well as contract people for the event.
