Responsibilities: I performed Q hourly vital signs, and In puts and Out puts. I was responsible for dietary and Housekeeping. I kept the surgical carts and supplies stocked and organized at all times. I also checked charts for all signatures that are required to have the chart mark complete. I answered call lights and tended to patients and family per request.
Accomplishments: As I came to the facility I had only 1 day of training. I was there a full 6 months and I scored in the 97% satisfaction rate. I made a system that seemed to help with the nurses make it throughout the first 4 hours of the shift smoothly with designating responsabilites at certain times for the CNA's.
