work experience in this position was vast i learned to work in a deli,apparel,produce,grocery,bakery,housewares setting up planograms and merchandising the product in a way that would appeal to our customers.Also the job needed alot of paperwork and scheduling of employees,hiring and terminating of employees as well. Customer service was the biggest part on the job learning how to assist the customers to ensure that they were satisfied and developing great relationships with them.

Responsibilities: i was responsible for every department in the store ensuring that they were running smoothly and that the staff was functioning together to accomplish the tasks. Assisting customers and making sure that there shopping experience in our store was great. i was also responsible for ordering product and working product out onto the shelf when needed.i was responsible for hiring and terminating employees as well as dealing with union issues.i was responsible in part with the store manager for the entire stores load of paperwork ensuring that it was completed as required.

Accomplishments: the biggest accomplishment was that we built a business that exceeded expectations,and was more profitable in a small town than the stores in the big cities.
