At this position i was doing out bound sales for ATD home security. It was my job to cold call people in the southern ontario area and express to them the need for home security. provide facts and explain how the service worked and the benifits to the customer.

Responsibilities: To cold call people and keep them on the phone long enough to hear what I was calling about. sell customers and then collect there personal information in order to process the sale.

Accomplishments: I got very comfortable with talking off the top of my head to keep people interested. Produced on a regular basis and got good response from customers in the form of koodo's calls.

Sutherland Global Services (09/07/2007 – 01/01/2010)

During my time with Sutherland I held a number of different positions. I started as outbound sales for Telus mobility and then was switched to the AT&T uverse program.

Last Employer: Sutherland Global Services

Responsibilities: When i was with Telus I was doing outbound calls to non telus cell phone users and switching them over to telus through entry level offers. Was then switched to the share campain which focused on the family plans. When with ATT i was in tech support and customer service. There i was doing trouble shooting with members who called in with issues regarding there home services. (tv,internet,homephone) I excelled at all my quality matrixs and my quality scored were outstanding.

Accomplishments: While in there positions i learned alot about how to deal with different types of customers and was then able to create my own structure for customer service.

Interests

I am a musician at heart and have been playing guitar and other instruments for about 15 years. I would love to teach guitar one day and am currently looking into a good charitable organisation to donate my time to such as big brothers big sisters. and offer them my services to give children a chance to learn guitar even tho they may not have the chance to due to the particular life situations. music has helped me and alot of people through alot and is a great learning tool. I think it could help them to deal with things and give them an outlet to express them selves that they might not of had before.
