objective
Customer Service positions require patience and company knowledge. An associate of this field must possess the ability to recognize problems and come up with solution(s) for these problems. An issue one must face in this career field that far surpasses others is the ability to deal with different customers. Some customers will be happy and cheerful to deal with, and others will be extremely irate. Many factors account for how these people treat one on the phone. Most of the time one must remember it is not always their fault. An irate customer could be upset with a fellow associate or with some type of service they have been provided or not provided at all. I have worked for a company for nearly seven years that specializes in customer service. I have been through many seminars teaching proper customer service skills. I am very skilled with written and verbal communication, I love to work, deal with people and learn. A difficult property that I have mastered is to treat everyone the same no matter how they talk to you. Its almost as if you are running a race and the customers are the hurdles. One must always jump over the hurdles without moving them from the place they were set.
My goal in this resume is to obtain a customer service position at AAA institute where I can maximize and further learn my people oriented experience, communication skills and my problem analysis and problem solving abilities.

Culinaria Clerk (09/10/2009 – 11/08/2010)
I transferred to a brand new store located in downtown St. Louis. At this location I learned to deal with a higher volume of customers under less supervision. I went from one of the least senior employees to one of the most senior employees basically through an overnight transfer. At this location I learned more aspects of the job than I had imagined. At this point sometimes I would be the most experienced worker when a customer had an issue. I was the associate many other associates would direct their questions to, whether it be on the phone or in person.
