Wood/Metal Framing, Interior Insulating, Drywall Installation and Finishing, Painting, Wood Trim work, Suspended/Drop Ceilings, Large Commercial/Industrial Jobs to Small Residential Remodels.

Responsibilities: Co-Owner of Leinbach Construction. Bid on and acquired contracts. bought and maintained equipment. Ordered supplies. Took care of companies payroll. Managed between 20-35 employees depending on work load. Performed work above as well as various other tasks.

Accomplishments: In just 3 years until I left Pennsylvania, we had become a very well known and respected mid-sized contracting company in the State College area.

Stock Person (02/20/2003 – 05/15/2004)

Stocking, Operated various equipment, Performed supervisory duties.

Last Employer: Home Depot

Responsibilities: Worked graveyard shift to unload trucks and stock store. Designed and built product displays. Operated various freight transport equipment. Helped coordinate and implement quarterly inventory checks. Developed relationships with our current and prospective vendors. Developed nightly, weekly, and monthly productivity reports and submitted them to management. Worked very closely with our shift supervisor and operations manager. Acted as shift supervisor in our supervisor's absence.

Accomplishments: Went through Home Depot's Supervisor Training Program. Promoted and practised teamwork as a benefit and necessity. Developed and implemented new practises to make stocking and inventory management more efficient and productive.

Responsibilities: Was assigned to Stanford University Grounds Dept. Performed various duties of a groundskeeper to include operating various landscaping equipment, pruning, weeding, mulching, trash and debris removal, party and events cleanup, etc...
