Responsibilities: I recived inbound calls from DirecTV customers who were experiencing technical issues with their systems. I would help trouble shoot any and all issues the customer had, set up service calls or replacements if we could not get the problem fixed over the phone. I also added and removed packages from accounts, and accepted payments over the phone.
