Responsibilities: At NARS I worked with charter communications. I assisted customers in paying their bills using different methods. I took payments from individuals who did not wish to loose their communications services.
Accomplishments: I often did well with having the lowest time in after work on calls.
Construction Work (01/01/2003 – 06/01/2007)
I would find construction companies who had just purchased new sites of interest. I then would go in and perform clean out services, and construction work to the homes to resale them.

Details: I spent 4 hours a day in vocational training course. Two hours each day was devoted to learning computers. The other two hours were spent learning how office procedures work. I spent time answering the phones. I learned to use most office equipment (ex. printers, copiers, scanners ect.) As well I was a proud graduate of the course called JILG. Jobs for Illinois Graduates.
Skills
I have very detailed knowledge of the programs. I have taken courses, classes, and worked in a vocational setting to learn to use them. I started using computers in 1995 and have a incredible amount of knowledge about not only the most current operating systems, but all of them going back to 1995. There are not many computer programs Iam not familiar with.
Computer Skills: 95+ WPM Windows 95 Windows Millennium Windows XP Windows Vista Microsoft Office PowerPoint Excel I know most word processing programs. (ex. word pad, notepad, abiword)
Foreign Language Skills: I took 4 years of Spanish. I read it more efficiently then speak it.

Interests
Iam a proud member of Unicef. We aid in any way possible people who need relief from a great variety of things. This includes natural disasters mainly. Most importantly it provides for health, safety, and immunization after these events occur.
