Objective
To utilized my skills learned growing up on a farm and demonstrate skill obtained from earning an associate degree in Industrial Systems Technologies. And more importantly to continue working as a part of a team, especially where my experience as a Foreman of a construction crew can be used.

Leading crew as a Foreman. Operation of rotomills, skid steers, power brooms and water trucks.

Responsibilities: Supervising and operating equipment for the completion of small and large asphalt rotomilling jobs. Including total asphalt removal, surface profiling, cleanup and detail work on parking lots, city streets, residential streets, highways, interstates and airports.
Accomplishments: Made crew lead man after two years. Promoted to crew Foreman one year later.
Laborer/Equipment operator (05/01/2002 – 09/01/2002)
Trained on CAT backhoe and Front End loader. Trained on IR and Dynapac roller. Assisted with posting traffic signs, reflector posts and safety cones. Worked with paving operations.
