This human service agency designed, implemented, and organized, progressive life skills training and safety for persons with disabilities in Dawson Creek and Fort St. John.

Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this position included enforcing and directing services so that they were in compliance with the agency policy manual, health and safety guidelines,job descriptions, employee training and certification, WCB, payroll, bookkeeping, individual client plans, government regulations and family-consumer goals. This position required excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
Accomplishments: Other programs that were implemented over a ten year period were: Supported Work Programs, Fitness Programs, Physiotherapy Programs, Health and Safety Programs, Community Education Programs, Standard First Aid, Individual Program Plans, Educational Plans, and Policy Manual Management. The agency required consistent team building as there were up to 18 interchangeable employees across 2 communities.
Volunteer Director (05/01/1996 – 05/01/1998)
This was a volunteer position in which Human Resource Management was the main focus. There were approximately 1000 volunteers organized into different sports and activities.

Responsibilities: This position focused on the recruitment, placement, organization, scheduling, and data management around the volunteers needed to run the games in Dawson Creek.
Respite Care Worker (07/31/1996 – Present)
This position requires Health and Safety Support in the home for an individual who has extensive health care needs.
