Responsibilities: As an Internet and Fleet Manager I was responsible for the intake and follow-up of internet customer leads/files. As a result it was my duty to bring them into the store for to assess their new vehicle needs, to presentat, demonstrate, and test drive their new vehicle as well as handle negotiations. As well as to continue follow-up after their purchase experience with a lifetime of loyalty in mind.
New Vehicle Sales Consultant (03/22/2010 – 10/30/2010)
Starting at this company after only seven months in this industry presented some challenges. With no formal training, it was my personal responsibilty to push myself to become a successful sales consultant.

Responsibilities: In my position with the Huggins Dealerships I was responsible for the meeting of fresh customers (i.e. fresh ups or drive-up customers) as well as making cold calls to customers who had been in the store in previous years. Follow-up was a daily activity whether it be to a customer you have spoken with the previous day or six months ago.
New/Used Vehicle Sales Consultant (08/03/2009 – 01/30/2010)
This being my first job in the automotive sales industry it presented new challenges< some were easily overcome and a few were much more difficult.

Responsibilities: As a sales consultant at this dealership I was my own boss in a sense. i was in charge of my own daily follow-up as well as customer approval of not only our product but of myself. Loyalty and customer service were of upmost importance and being in this industry gave me a real ssense of what the sales market is really like.
Assistant Sports and Aquatics Director (05/17/2005 – 08/01/2009)
Being a swimmer as well a high school baseball player gave me an inside perspective of what children would not only exect but desire in a sprts program. Throughout my duties as a lifeguard and a pool operator it gave me a sense of pride to know that this was my facility and that how it looked reflected on me and me alone.

Responsibilities: As the Assistant Director it was my personal job to oversee the training of all staff, weekly inservice was held to insure that all tasks required of staff were known how to to do with perfection. Being a pool operator as well it was my job to ensure all pool chemicals stayed within regulated zones, and that all pump equipment stayed in working order. being a non-profit organization we relied on the Eagle Mountain Saginaw and Azle School Districts to supplyy the gyms and fields used for practices as well as games. It was my job to communicate and plan with the schools principals as well as the school board all activities that would use their facilities as well as to ensure their cleanliness and usability after our use.
Accomplishments: In 2009 I became teh YMCA's quarterly Ambassador for the work I had performed in their Sports and Aquatics programs.
