Responsibilities: As a Spot-welder, I Ran Moto-Man and Panisonic Robots, loaded and unloaded machines, 100% inspected each part for defected welds. As a Arc-welder I manually welded sets and repaired any defected seats in my work area using Miller welders. Ran automatic and manuel Presses. As a Safety committee member I addressed issues in the plant that concerned safety hazards, and also helped launched new programs.
Accomplishments: Was part of a three man team to launch the largest program to come to our plant with great success.

In the 15 years I worked in a factory, I took pride in the work I done. I had a great attendance record were I didn't miss any days for the last eight years I was there until the plant closed in Jul. 2009. I also had a great job performance record, I will also be that dedicated to my next employer.
Interests
