Responsibilities: Read Work Order to find out what color to mix ink for imprint on pen, what style pen, what kind of mount is needed and set up plate to put imprints on pens. Had to fix machine when it wouldnt print correctly and troubleshoot when ink,blade,pad or mount wouldnt work properly.
Accomplishments: I learned every aspect of the pad printer, only me and 3 other people in the plant knew how to operate this machiine.
